For Pepsi Extra Fizz, our objective was to build a visual language for effervescence from the ground up. We developed a system where every bubble carries intention, every liquid movement builds anticipation, and the product reveals itself through pure sensory energy

Through our Visual Lab, we studied real carbonation behavior, liquid tension, and the way effervescence interacts with surfaces to define how every bubble should move, cluster, and respond.

BUBLES bEHAVOUR R&D
Early tests showed that clear bubbles looked beautiful but didn't feel like Pepsi, so we engineered each one with caramel-colored liquid to lock in the brand's identity at a molecular level.
CARAMEL FIZZ R&D
This Visual Lab process allowed us to control the full physics of fizz, from the moment bubbles escape the liquid to the way they gravitate toward the rotating can without fully adhering. The result is a visual system that feels instinctive, craveable, and impossible to mistake for anything else.
